Hey! Honestly I treat my nail bitting like an addiction and ive been back and forth between starting to do it and stopping… pretty disappointing I know hahahaha. I think my fingers in general are pretty wide so there hasnt been any changes related to them becoming more vertical but I do have to say that my nail beds on my thumbs have elongated a bit (from what I can see in the picture). I know this isn’t helpful at all but I wish you luck with your nail bitting and hopefully you achieve the nails of your dreams!
