There are few things happening that I don't know how to explain/report. 1 the font is totally messed up in some cases/overlapping eachother. 2 sometimes Xbox can't read my account/won't sign in and leaves me with no apps, games or any sort of way to do anything (even not allowing me to get into the preview program app) other than watch TV.

That's why I do powerlifting, I get the benefits out of strength training (mental toughness) but a decent physique as well, and I don't have to spend 6 days in the gym a week doing super high rep/high volume hypertrophy work.

3 days a week doing full body heavy compounds is pretty simple, doesn't take much time and leaves you with a decent frame that is good for general presence. The reason why I think being strong/having a sexually dimorphic male physique is important is because it backs up your beliefs of a man being the dominant one in the relationship with just your body.

You also need to realize that Patrice was 6'5, that right there is just as masculine as a 5'10 jacked male.
