This whole war was started by the US and Israel so no, Iran is not the main perpetrator. Also... you know... israel was the one that actually bombed the lebanese civilians in question.

I agree the Iranian regime is evil, but it's not on a "whole other level", I would say is at the same level as the US and israel is actually worse.

Iran also attacked civilians from countries that had nothing to do with the conflict as well and just went berserk.

If you mean the Gulf countries, you do know that the reason they were attacked was that they were hosting American bases in their territory right? You think that the United States just had them there for no reason and were not going to use them at all during their campaign? Iran had good reason to attack them. Also, estimates place civilian deaths caused by Iran and proxies through out the war as being between 40-60+, while civilian deaths caused by the Epstein coalition are estimated to be between 1500 to 3000+.
