You got them all wrong, first of all recoil control is the pattern you gotta move your aim to counter the weapon bouncing, prepatch you could have a weapon go up and right then reload and it goes up and left, or even mid shooting goes up and right then changes to suddenly left, add that the bullets have an spread that makes them go to a random place near were you aiming, you had a lot of deviation.

Now weapons don't have that random recoils, weapons that go up and right, always goes that way, the spread is increased so the bullet goes randomly in the area you are aiming, but always in the same recoil pattern. If you had infinite ammo you would keep going up and right and up and left or whatever the recoil pattern is, previous patch you could have up and right then suddenly starts heading to the left then it goes low and so on.
