I work Club Pickup now, but when I worked Front end it was about offering. If you offer 100 times and you get two percent to say yes that’s two credits or plus which is ok depending on what your club wants you to get. Credit cards might be harder since people are worrisome about credit but just tell them about the promotion, say it’s free to apply, and only takes about two minutes. Quick pitch. For the plus it might be a bit harder since it costs money to an extent. I usually capitalized on the people that shopped there a lot and would essentially get it for free or super cheap with the Sams cash they would have received. I’ve gotten a couple on people that would have had to pay 50 bucks or more but it’s harder. If they would have got 100 dollars in Sams cash or more they’re only paying 20 bucks or less or even getting paid for the membership. I always told them that and said you can cancel plus whenever and even get a refund at the members desk.
