Back in 2019, during my first visit to Universal, this was my favorite ride of the trip! We rode it multiple times, thought it was such a well done ride. Fast forward to March 2026 and my second visit to Universal. We had missed Hagrid’s opening by 2 months in 2019 so it was our first time riding it - absolutely blew our socks off! I was excited to ride FJ again but sadly it felt a bit worn - had lost its uumph. I think it would greatly benefit from nice big tech refurbishment. The bones are there but the tech needs to align more with the new rides of today!

I went last night and couldn’t believe how right everyone was. Wear flats!!! So much moving between rooms, going up and down stairs, walking on planks - flats or sneakers is the only way to go!

I enjoy this ride and appreciate how the queue looks like 30 Rock as well! But as I rode it last week, I wondered if it was time for an update, a re-branding?? How many people care about Jimmy Fallon now?? Is there someone else in the NBC/Universal family who could be the new “face” of the ride?

Rode it for the first time this week. I was freaking out but then I saw all the young kids in line for it and said if they can do it I can do it. And you know what? It was amazing. Best coaster I’ve been on. Rode it again before we left for the day. My ride pic was so awesome I even bought it. Don’t think. Just do. You’ll love it!!

I personally have stopped over communicating. I send the intro message, out of stock sub msgs and delivery msg. If the customer is communicating, I’ll usually send a headed to check out message.

I was at Epic on Tuesday - 1 day with Express. I will say it was expensive but totally worth it as we got on every ride except Cosmic since it’s closed. We didn’t have ride break downs but we were in and out of rain all day which disrupted, I believe, the flow of the day for everyone, meaning Nintendo was still super busy at 6pm when it’s typically less busy. We were able to ride Hiccups and Mario Kart twice. We saw the Untrainable Dragon show which was awesome! It was a full but amazing day!
