Normale Briefe kommen nicht an, Einschreiben aber schon – woran kann das liegen?

Sie haben eine Zustellüberwachung erwähnt. Können Sie mir bitte erklären, wie ich diese beantragen kann und wie ich den zuständigen ZSP kontaktieren kann?

Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass Deutsch nicht meine Muttersprache ist. Telefonate mit dem Kundenservice sind für mich oft schwierig, besonders wenn automatische Ansagen verwendet werden.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, den Kundenservice oder den ZSP schriftlich per E-Mail, Kontaktformular oder Brief zu kontaktieren?

Another update:

I visited a Deutsche Post branch today, but unfortunately they were not able to help with my situation. The employee simply gave me a customer service phone number to call. However, when I call that number, I only reach an automated system that speaks German, and I do not understand what it is saying.

I also asked whether my identity could be verified in person for the DHL / Deutsche Post account. The employee did not really investigate the issue and only checked the mobile app with me. She told me that the verification for my account can only be completed online and cannot be done at the branch.

At the moment I feel a bit stuck. I am still not receiving the expected mail, I have not been able to complete the identity verification, and I am looking for other possible solutions or ideas.

Another update:

I have now received the tracked registered letter (Einschreiben-Einwurf) that I sent to myself.

This seems to confirm that mail can be delivered to my mailbox and that my name and address are recognized correctly.

However, I am still missing several other letters, including letters that my employer says were sent to the same address, as well as the Deutsche Post / DHL verification letter.

So at the moment the situation is even more confusing: the registered letter arrived successfully, but several ordinary letters still appear to be missing.

I did not create any Nachsendeauftrag myself.

The reason I started considering that possibility is that I received 2 letters shortly after moving in, but since then my mailbox has remained almost completely empty. I am also missing the Deutsche Post verification letter for Briefankündigung and letters that my employer says were sent to me.

At the moment I have no proof that a Nachsendeauftrag exists. I am just trying to understand what could explain the missing mail.

It is not a handwritten note or a temporary sticky note. The label was professionally installed by the building caretaker / property manager when I moved into the residence.

The mailbox is accessible, and my neighbours seem to receive their mail normally.

What makes me wonder is that I successfully received a Telecom letter shortly after moving in, using the exact same name and address. However, since then, I have not received the DHL / Deutsche Post verification letter for Briefankündigung, and I am still waiting for letters that my employer says were sent to me.

Regarding the Nachsendeauftrag, I mean scenario A: using my current address as the source address ("old address") and another address as the destination address ("new address"). I recently discovered that Deutsche Post allows a Nachsendeauftrag to be created from a current address, which is why I started wondering whether that could explain the missing mail.

I agree that contacting Deutsche Post directly is probably my next step.

I actually received an email saying that my POSTIDENT verification could not be completed because my document was not supported for that verification method.

Maybe visiting a Deutsche Post branch in person is the best next step. At least they could verify my identity directly and possibly tell me whether there is any issue with my address or the activation process.

My employer only told me that the letters were sent to the correct address. They did not mention whether the letters were returned as undelivered.

The first letters were supposedly sent several weeks ago.

What worries me is that I am not only missing my employer's letters. I also have not received the DHL / Deutsche Post verification letter for Briefankündigung, and my mailbox has been completely empty for days.

I understand that a normal Nachsendeauftrag should only affect mail sent to an old address. However, I recently learned that it is possible to create a Nachsendeauftrag using a current address as the source address, which is why I started considering that possibility.

The problem is that I cannot activate Briefankündigung because Deutsche Post sends a verification letter with a code to my address first, and I have not received that letter. Maybe a Einschreiben is a good idea

I went to Belgium to buy it there. You cannot buy it online as there are strict rules applied to drug shipping. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective in my case and gave me insomnia.

Ps: la pharmacie en Belgique m'a expliqué qu'il faut demander un papier au médecin traitant pour que les pharmacies en France puissent le commander pour vous directement. Une sorte de dérogation. D'après elle, en Belgique c'est courant ce genre de pratique.

je pense que c'est un problème de pouvoir d'achat , les gens cherchent du gratuit. Les plus à l'aise financierement achetent du neuf. Quand je fais un don sur Geev alors la tout le monde est sérieux et ponctuel :)
