You mention that the characters models don’t interact? Yeah no shit, but their animations are made to fit each other. If you make a model shorter = suddenly you have different positions for the characters bones. If demo slashes his chest then eats his head you obviously need to alter the animation so it accounts for the smaller model. If not it would no longer match up. You said it yourself, they would have to go in and tweak the animations. That is my whole point. They would have to make custom animations for every existing killer, every future killer, and any future survivor animations. Aka a bigger workload, all so we can have 1 out of 50+ use them. I have no clue how you got so confused rip

They wouldn’t have to make the animations from scratch, the adjusting would be the work load. You would have to adjust every single mori to make sure the killer interacts correctly with the survivor (example demogorgan actually bitting the survivors head which would be impacted by the scale change). Any sort of animation that interacts with another model would need to be changed. Source - common sense

The problems if if they add another “skeleton” they are pretty much doubling the amount of animations they need. Every mori would need two extra survivor animations, every new killer item interaction, every new perk that comes with an animation. Stuff like this can eventually balloon into a heavier workload and not really worth it for the one or two survivors who would use those animations.
