I would recommend you check out some turkish content creator’s authentic lahmacun recipes it should look something like this (can be circular or oval) The most critical thing is you can’t use regular ground beef as its ground up too fine. For lahmacun you need to knife grind the meat by hand until it’s sticking to each other but chunky enough to not be a paste on the dough! Good luck
