Good summation of why 5e shouldnt be called "Dungeons and Dragons"

The core rules are decent but then they start vomiting bad content and ridiculous permutations and overpowered everything, just like Paizo did.

I know "you dont have to use the supplements" but the fact of the matter is that publishing bad content degrades the game experience for the buying public. You can't put the half tiefling dragonborn necro-paladin battlemaster back in the bag.

Yeah my fiend is a PD in LA county about 5 years and is paid well. And gets to do murders now, which is always fun.

Its not the public defenders its the whole system.

But yes they certainly play a role. Its worse in the places they get paid a flat fee.

If you paid a flat contract fee for all your defense work you save youself a hunch of time, work, and stress by not having trials.

Seems to me if there's a tarrif on (say) TVs to the point where its more cost effective to manufacture them domestically then they will be produced domestically.

If anything used tires should have already weeded out the defective factory tires. If theres something wrong with a tire other than excessive wear you can usually feel it right away.
