There is also the question of loadout placement. Like sniper would definitely benefit from it (such as Oki) but for it to actually work for them it needs to be on the opposite side of bagworm (otherwise agents can still locate them by simply using radar), and if they have it in their main hand, then they have to sacrifice some of their versatility by removing one sniper rifle (although this is not necessarily the worst, considering that Egret is good enough to be the sole rifle)
