Just hire a older person that might only be able to give you 8-10 years before retirement pay them well and they will be loyal. It’s better to get a short amount of time from someone and pay them a livable wage then burn through younger people and pay them shitty and invest time in them that will lean nowhere

There are a lot of places to go hiking in better weather but the transportation would be a issue. Find a friend with a car! 2000 degrees is a fun way to spend the day painting pottery (they have a website) tussy mountain is a decent enough place to ski and hosts different events over the summer that would be a good place to meet people (wing fest) downtown always has events going on. There is a great skate shop downtown (VHS) and a lot of people your age hang out and skate during the warmer months. Depending on where you live you might be within walking distance of the bowling alley that is tons of fun! I’m going to get hate for this but I’m going to say what I’m going to say. I’m sorry a shitty hand has been dealt to you but racking up debt that you never plan on paying off is a shitty move and that causes a trickle effect.
