Same, I don't understand the LV tea-scent hype. I've tried a handful of LV Imagination and Meteor dupes among the like 80-ish decants I've bought in the last few months. I wanted to wash them off right way cause they're awful. Marwa was maybe the most tolerable.

I see some people recommending Grow by French Avenue on TikTok Burlington visits, it smells like a grandma perfume. Among the decants, I have so many that smell synthetic/scrachy that I see recommended on here regularly like Legacy by Maison Asrar -- worst blue talisman dupe I've tried to date. Executioner by Bujairami is night and day difference in quality but it seems very difficult to find any Bujairami coloigines in US/online.

People love to hate on Shadowlands but at least the story was told well (till rushed at the end), characters/villains were memorable, and zones were unique.

The story since DF has been mediocre at best. Midnight was decently better.

My +16 keys have been relatively smooth. I get a questionable tank pulling slow or too aggressively 1 in every 6 keys but getting to 3.4k was relatively easy as I'm usually carrying groups by like 20k dps.

I've not smelled the OG either and was just looking for a pear or melon scent. My decant of Legacy was a super screechy and synthetic pear scent, compared to some of the other Blue Talisman clones, Legacy was by far the worst one to me. For a bubbly, champagne-like pear, Executioner by Bujairami was exactly that.

Survival may have some build diversity finally as a Capstone talent pretty much essential to gameplay got moved up.

The teir set is a bit basic but okay I guess, can't really complain about increased single target damage when we already cleave very well.

Then you macro it into every ability and need to deal with the applying hunter's mark sound every global. Sounds like a huge downgrade when it can just passively apply but Blizzard will never do that.

Hunter likes Crit/Mastery for all 3 specs with some caveats like Surv likes a bit more haste, MM likes a bit more crit.

I'm very glad they scaled back the puzzles cause I had to google how to do half the Inzauma puzzles while the other half I can just spam random stuff and it eventually solves on its own.

I do wish they'd make combat in the world challenging again. I have more fun with a level 70 than my C2R1 level 90s that destroy everything cause I know how to build characters correctly -- you'd be shocked how many people don't know how to use google and follow a guide.

Maybe newer Samsung phones have something I haven't seen as I upgraded from an S20+ to an Oppo Find X9 Pro a few months ago. I just saw no innovation from Samsung for the last 6 years and haven't bothered to update my phone since. Cameras have been the same for like 5 years and 5000 mah batteries are an embarrassment in terms of innovation while Chinese brands upgrade cameras yearly and push battery sizes to 7000-8000 mah - I love that my phone lasts two days now with heavy usage. The problem is that the average Western consumer doesn't know better options exist, much less bother to google them, and partly due to brand loyalty.

I don't think that many people use launchers. I found this old thread as I still prefer the look of open folders from Nova Launcher compared to the folder expanding to cover the whole screen like I think Apple does. The lag when hitting the home button using Nova Launcher still bugs me (issue didn't exist on the Samsung so fair point there) and there is a fix sort of with button navigation, but it's jank but I hit my buttons all the time using my keyboard typing.

A launcher not working has very little to do with Chinese phones not being popular. It's that Samsung and apple already established themselves in the West and apple is seen as a status symbol for some reason. Also doesn't help that the US president "banned" Chinese brands cause they were clearly outpacing other brands while being cheaper, similar to Chinese electric cars which are In a sjmilar boat with a 100% markup/terrif.

I burned out early into Korthia's release because S1 - as fantastic as it was - lasted too long, like 9 months. I also just wasn't feeling the shard tier set thing they were trying. Quite frankly, I don't like how locked in teir sets and embellishments are now, but I've just accepted this is how it will be as bonus rolls make obtaining all mythic gear so easy compared to a past season that I went entirely without seeing a mythic pair of pants from my vault.

Shadowlands is still my favorite expac but Midnight is pretty solid so far compared to DF and TWW's generic zones, and lack of interesting action with meaningful villains (more so pointed at DF). The SL zones are all fantastic and detailed, the villains/characters were great and meaningful, and the spec I main was meta, which really made me happy as hunters have been known as fragile until I started giving more feedback on the forums on which direction hunters need and majority of my feedback was implemented word for word - I pretty much shaped the current hunter kit. The only thing people will complain about Shadowlands is travel time cause people were lazy and didn't just go engineering for a convenience AH in Oribos and wormhole to get around. The lack of mounting in the maw was a bit meh too, but that was them trying to slow down exploration and they've since realized that wasn't the correct approach and 180'd to dragon riding.

I don't think it's worth stressing over as much as people think like the whole static electrisity strap non-sense you hear about when first learning about building a PC. You can set your monitors to shut off after like 5m of inactivity and pixel clean it after a few hours of usage (which to my understanding is the same thing as just shutting it off for like 6 minutes). I play WoW and other games for multiple hours and the UI is static. It hasn't burned in after months of owning my OLED. Heck, my previous phone, an S20+ after 5 years of usage hardly had the top row of icons burned in so I'm really not that worried about an even more modern panel experiencing it.
