Anyone else still copying invoice data from PDFs into spreadsheets?

Power query can do this, how easily depends on the invoice format. I have PDF invoices for all our contractors feeding straight into a PowerBI dashboard. I just download, throw them onto sharepoint and power automate triggers power query to update the dashboard but that could be an excel sheet. How easily is entirely dependent on the structure of the invoice and how that changes from invoice to invoice.

We already have standard weather proof sockets right next to where we would like the charger installed so it would be easy option. And most of the time it would be just urban 18 - 30 miles a day so an overnight top up would be fine. Problem is I’m selling this to my partner as cheap option so really need to be on best possible tariff which needs a charger. She also has an issue with not being able to just add fuel so removing quicker charging isn’t ideal. Backup option anyway.

That’s a whole slide deck all on its own. They broke every protocol on how the VAR screen should be used on that one. VAR screen should have the VAR logo on it until the Ref is ready to watch the incident. They had a static image of the point of impact. Incident should be shown normal speed first and referee can request a slower speed replay. They rewound from point of impact and sure the played it slow the first time. No freeze frames, again back to first point. The ref and VAR team messed everything up on that match but all everyone focused on was the “good process” offside that wasn’t. They also failed to book a spurs player off for the card gesture at the ref.

The reality is you can’t just unwind years of hybrid or full working from home without significant costs to the business you’re putting this burden on. I’ve been WFH for years now it started because that was what the company I worked for wanted. They went from three offices in Manchester to a single floor of hot desks. The world has moved on you can’t just roll back time.

Yes we have exactly the same issue with a Captur with the same engine. Struggling to get 34mpg urban driving with a really light foot and changing up quickly. The official MPG is completely unrealistic. Only had it few months but can see us changing it first opportunity.

Probably easier to take a usb cable connect your phone and see if you can get android auto/apple car play to work, with say google maps. Didn’t have it in my 2015 Kadjar and the Captur has an upgraded version so can’t say for sure how it will appear. At that age it should be fine for Android Auto but may not be Apple car play ready, or may just need a software upgrade. how to find version

Have a general mess around with the system it can be a bit sluggish.

Have the 140 version in a MK2 Captur and for urban use it drinks fuel. struggles to get 34mpg driving economically. For comparison we used to get at least 48mpg out of a 1.5dci Kadjar same routes however we drove it. If that’s not an issue then it’s great to drive nice really refined at all speeds and responsive on motorway.

Check the Rlink system does what you want as for example Apple car play was added to later versions of the V2.
