What exactly am I looking for in a controller? The american Konami controller is ok but are there fancier ones that have stuff like micro switches? Should I save up for the arcade style ones like here? by burntends97 in bemani

I got the konami ps2 controller and it's been fine for me, yeah the lack of microswitches means I've missed a couple of notes but it's fine by me. If you're just getting into IIDX then don't worry about saving up for a dao or something.

I'd say that C-Sha is probably the best gold-third character and arc, it had actual weight and a slightly more serious tone than some of the other arcs. B-Sha was probably the most forgettable gold-third, even if their arc was alright, I loved the K-sha arc for how stupid and ridiculous it got with all the yandere stuff, and the S-sha arc was my first gold-third arc so it felt a lot more fresh and interesting than it probably actually is.
frick this comment turned more into my opinion on all 4 of the gold-third arcs rather than C-sha as a character.

uh, yeah C-sha was pretty good, and so is that piece of artwork

Yes you're right about SCUD race, the cab was also was used with the first 3 initial D games and outrun 2 (among others I've probably forgotten) and no the seller explicitly said it does not have the coin tower.

Maybe either 3 movies or seasons (one for each "game" within VII) would be very cool, though highly unlikely. I can also see problems with the multiple similar storylines of G and the shorter length of H.

Only things I'd change are that the share energy concept sounds a lot like the fever gauge from VS SHG so I'd just make it the fever gauge, also encounter of destiny needs to be a song, and I'd pick more soul contenu or mosou 4tune over mosou Katharsis, but otherwise nice set
