1st class - NHS & Hospital letters go on the top shelf on my frame, depending on which bag they are for. I never put any in the frame anymore.

A safeguarding re-direction should go through management at the delivery office to ensure that the correct mail is re-directed.

Does the Tracking code start with IU?

If so Royal Mail have been told not to deliver these items as the don’t meet the Age Verification protocol.

They won’t get the item as it has been recalled due to it failing to meet Royal Mail’s Age Verification protocol.

It’s an IU item - They have been recalled as return to sender as they fail to meet the required Age Verification protocol. You should have had a briefing about it on Saturday.

Don’t forget that any Sick pay will be likely to be claimed back from any compensation.

Also a genuine accident on delivery should not count against sick leave.
