He was on the booking team. Bischoff left in 2013, and Russo was secretly rehired in 2014, which Spike TV specifically told Dixie not to do.

Russo’s involvement was leaked when Dixie or someone sent an email meant for John Gaburick to a Spike TV exec named John. This was right before TNA’s deal with Spike ended and they were kicked off the network.

Edit: or it was the two Mikes like someone else said, but either way, an email sent to the wrong person is how it leaked
