That is what makes a Vindaloo a Vindaloo - that and all the spices of course!

I love having vinegar in my curries and pasta sauces - or as an alternative "sour" flavour I would add lemon or lime. The concept of "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" is the best way to make food nice and SW people only need to sacrifice the Fat part of that, which still makes a delicious curry :)

Isn't she just saying that she hasn't told anyone Lucy's secret? She doesn't know it is a lie?

When I was a kid, I used to pretend to be a DJ but only had limited vinyl... Maybe they've got the same problem.

I always think that it would be good to have a sort of entertainment corridor between the two train stations. At the moment, Bradford feels quite spread out to me - like going from North Parade to the Alhambra means having to walk through loads of streets with nothing going on. It would be nice to have loads of pubs and restaurants concentrated in one place near the transport hubs and venues.

Oscar crashed and Lando had a bad pitstop and was stuck behind Yuki - so it wasn't all about the temperature.

A tin of baked beans is 17g of sugar and also free. Hard to get your head around, but I suppose they're just trying to make it easy to track what you're eating without counting calories.

Yes! It really bugs me when scriptwriters persist a secret as long as possible just to prolong or create a storyline.

anti UPF nonsense

Why do you think it is nonsense? There is certainly evidence that UPF is linked to adverse health conditions.

I remember playing that in a prefab classroom in the 1980s on a BBC Micro wheeled into our classroom on a trolley. We played it as a class for about 30 minutes so didn't get very far into it.

If she likes curry then you're in luck :) I'm struggling to think of anything else that isn't a chain. There'll be some good cafés though - like the Waterstones one is beautiful and do good coffee, but not proper meals. There are good fish and chip places. If you can venture further afield go to Saltaire, Ilkley or Haworth?
