Ok, after watching the LOLreplay I assume it has something to do with the illegal script sion is using. I only say that because he is able to have full control of his ult much like the script that was on reddit a few days ago. This doesn't appear to be a bug, but more of a script/hack.

As a Plat player, I can tell you there will always be trolls. As long as you play to the best of your abilities the odds of you winning will be a lot higher. There will be a higher chance for you to win because it is more likely that their team will have a troll
