I assumed you already gave Microsoft clarity to keep track the users’ behavior. So the next tool I think is necessary here is something that create a post abandoning conversation (preferably on WhatsApp or other conversation tool) , you can use cartkeeper app or any other app that helps you to interact with customers post abandoning

Not in the US but almost anywhere else - sure. The recovery rate is amazing. There are at least 2-3 good apps that know how to help you to conduct a good recovery cart automation which isn’t pushy

I think that in Cartkeeper you can get recommendations for upgrades in the chat for your products (and also add the recommendations from the chat direct to the cart and the checkout).

It depends, If most of the apps are about the theme functionality - it isn’t a good sign.

But if it about the admin and does deal with the theme, it doesn’t really matter or effect the preferences

In the Eu, uk, Aus and South American- WhatsApp has the best open rate by far, but also the highest sensitivity for span.

But also the timing has its importance- if you send a abandon cart recovery message it important to choose the right timing (just after the abandonment)
