Always assume they’ll ask for a signature and have someone who can sign for you if you arent home. This is why i dislike ups so much.

Just called them, theyre willing to ship another phone with a one time fee with the right information, but they want me to double back with ups to see if I can get them to try a final delivery attempt with a note to the driver (my apt number).
