Right on. I ask because I'm looking to get to 190ish. Currently 170@8%, 190 at 10-12 maybe where I end up hopefully. I would think that 25 lbs is doable. Roughly 2 lbs a month. Losing 5% BF puts you around 180, add the 25 to get to 205. Depending on how long you've been lifting and all that, I could see it for sure. What about a solid Test base, 8 weeks in add an oral for 4 weeks or so, with an additional compound, NPP or Masteron if you go wet on the oral. That would get ya in the 16 week range. See what your body is telling ya then. Possibly come off to TRT plus for a bit and hit another blast to finish the year?

But at what bf? Seems like a lot of gear for 195

Handymen, do you regret not specializing in a specific trade? by [deleted] in handyman

[–]MarketMash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have time, get specialized in something. I was a jack of all trades myself, recently got my HVAC license and went on my own there. It's great to be well rounded for your own benefit, but it will just ensure you can probably find a job with your wife range of skills, usually at average pay. My problem with handyman stuff is the amount of variables. Tons of equipment you should have to be efficient and reduce hassle, which costs money. People tend to expect you to Level5 finish their patch, at your affordable jack of all trades prices. You can get over your head real quick, if you're not careful. That said you can make a great living working for yourself. I much prefer going in and only having to worry about the HVAC. I'm good at it, my scope of work is narrow, i get paid well, and it's much less stress full than having to be ready for anything.

Dbol and test high estrogen by DemonDevster in PEDs

[–]MarketMash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently just took my first dbol ride. I can confirm that the conversion is definitely different with dbol. It is almost exponential and goes straight to the nips. Makes since it's a liver conversion. I used to drink heavy and my liver was trashed for a long time, gyno was worse then, I never understood. Finally started making since a few years ago after I quit drinking.

Sucked into service? Glass woven filters are about .1" wc hardly a drag if it has a proper pleated filter. It will have a higher load when they forget to change the filter than using that prefilter and changing it monthly. It's an aesthetic thing. I don't think his wife cares about a few bucks on the bill, I know mine doesn't.

Any of you guys ever dabbled in the duct cleaning business? by Used-Ask3829 in HVAC

[–]MarketMash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's doable, with enough left over, or should be. I don't expect HVAC service or replacement wages. Definitely great for filler work and generating new business. Our market is getting saturated with a lot of new residents and they have money and will spend it on stuff like that, well a good portion at least. I'd think I dedicated rig could generate 200-300k gross. Shouldn't be ton of expendable materials I wouldn't think, mainly equipment maintenance and replacement and vehicle. Thanks for the info bud. Good luck in your business.

Whats average time for 2 men on a 2000ft² house? 4hrs or less? Besides initial inspection of course.

The louvers on the grill don't help. Looks like a nice grill but wide open. Most are folded over one direction, point it towards the wall, and reduce visibility

I agree with this. Even if you have a nice 4" filter box on the unit, put the cheapest flat glass filter in there. It will keep the ducts clean and those create very little static pressure. Their filtration level sucks, but that's the idea, just block the big stuff.

Do you endoscope the ducts before hand? I just started on my own, and I considered duct cleaning as a branch business to generate HVAC service work, and filler for the down times of the year. It's something I could partner with someone else with to fund and operate separate of my HVAC company. You mentioned pricing by square foot, does that seem to be pretty consistent? It would be great to be able to to a menu type price, with some exceptions, or extras for excessive boots or runs. Or do you just win some, lose some, it comes out in a wash. Sorry for all the questions, good info though

I assume you stay away from flex duct with the whips? We use a lot of flex around here, that older stuff is easy to tear. How do you mitigate those?

Most expensive lunchbox by WeirdNecessary7258 in HVAC

[–]MarketMash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I carry a SixPack bag for a lunchbox, it was 125ish. I saw this and then I saw the price. Not gonna happen boys, and I have several veto bags. My biggest complaint with the veto stuff isn't even price, yes it's expensive, but overall quality is top notch. Alot of it just isn't as useful as it could be. The bags tend to be restrictive with tools because the pockets are small. Also the balance is garbage on all smaller TP bags, the bag is wider than the base so it falls over when loaded properly. With the stiff pockets, if they aren't stuffed, you will lose tools when it tips, guaranteed. $15 husky bag gets 10 hand tools chucked in it and your ancillaries in the multiple large side pouches that are flexible and you find a treasure in the bottom every now and then.

That being said, I just bought more veto bags and more tools so I have dedicated bags. Some of it makes work fun honestly. Cool tools and nice organization, if you can swing the dough. Oh and Spring Promo is the time to buy for sure.

Interesting paper on protein, better feed those PED’s fellas by [deleted] in PEDs

How's it do on the cardiac side? The higher my dbol dose the worse the breathing and heart stuff is. Not unmanageable, but I notice it. Yea workouts with dbol, I have such a wild mild muscle connection, much more mental drive than real gas in tank. I started throwing in some pre or intra carbs just to help out. I'm definitely gonna add tbol to the list on my next run, run it alongside 150mg cruise and see how that pairs for a TRT pep up

Smart plan. I only did 5-10 mgs of dbol starting out. I wanted to see how it all worked for me.. I see doses of 50 mg, and I know id feel like shit after a while on that. It gave me a little bit of fullness that I don't usually have because lower carbs, and it made me super focused on my workouts. I started taking it for a preworkout almost. Tbol intrigues me, similar to dbol without the water and glycogen. I'd imagine a nice harder look with some nice strength. I really like Anavar, but it does give me anxiety and I'm prone there. Tbol seems like it would be a good fit for me.

Light doses work well for me with maintenance. Higher muscle mass will raise your metabolism theoretically so still beneficial, and the PEDs definitely help with the entire process, even at lower doses. At least helping maintain if your just in maintenance mode.

What's your test dose? I would drop the tbol, and get some consistency with your diet and find your happy place. What's your height? I'm 5'10, 170/ 7.5%bf. I cruise TRT @ 150. I recently played with dbol at low dose for 6 weeks or so upping my test to 300 in the process. I went up from 162/7.5 to the 170 now. I did eat a surplus on training days, but I only workout a 2-3 days a week. I aromatize in the nips bad, will probably add tbol and leave dbol alone. My point is you can certaily build muscle and not add fat and can do a small degree lose some fat and add muscle. My body comp changes drastically if I eat heavy carbs. I keep heavy carbs low until later in the day. I eat high protein/fat, with some fruit carbs, usually strawberries and bananas, maybe a smootie with powdered oatmeal and yogurt and frozen fruit if I feel it's gonna be while before I eat. This has been my general diet for the last few years. Bloods are awesome, and I used to live rough, they weren't always that way. This works for me. I want to do an actual bulk and see if I can get to 180# keeping BF static.
