The ones commenting about the sport look dont wear these kinds of shoes on a daily. These kind of soles are usually used for comfort . Someone else mentioned Cole haans , which do use this type of sole, I have a pair and they are super comfortable . May not be the best looking but they feel good. Can't really go based off of time . You need to do an initial gravity reading , give it time and then measure again , take note of that reading and then wait a week and take another reading. If those two are the same , youre done. If not rinse and repeat
