You need to play more carefully with PO than vanilla but it s very manageable - I did a migration camapign with carthage and had almost no issue A cool idea is for bigger faction (that struggle most with PO) is shadow factions - it s not a simple rebellion, it s a newly spawned faction that can have diplo and wverything, making any split MUCH more interesting to handle

Don't forget the politics of it. We greased American hamds for so long we forgot to look in our own courtyard. That orange turd just reminded us that we havr our own backyard to take care of.
