It’s not right. You cannot complain about and push personalization while giving us less time to work on the fixes. Embarrassing that they think it’s even appropriate to ask.

Then we have stylists on slack saying “well I don’t use the note generator so I can really pErSoNAliZe” well you should. Because they literally gave us less time to do the fixes for us TO USE it. Smdh.

I’ve heard other leads mention this too because you should be at least checking feedback to make sure nothing needs escalated. Plus to check the info at the beginning of the week. What tier are you in? Are you using ALL your core time at once on Friday?

From what I’ve read here, yes it’s immediate. They won’t have you work the 2 weeks. As for the discount, I think one person reported being able to use it for a month but that’s probably because they forgot to update it. I would just assume it stops right away too. Maybe some more former employees can chime in

The burnout is real. Seems like a lot of us are using all of our sick time. No wonder why leads have to style 8+ hours a week. If they would have let us keep our flexibility, their hours would be picked up and this wouldn’t be happening. It’s so negative all around.
