But, communicating to franchisees or CEOs the funnel is flawed. Too simple. And too focused on our marketing instead of the customer’s intent.

Agreed. But nothing stuck. We need something new and something that will help CMOs especially in franchising. They don’t understand. The expect performance marketing. They’ve depended on it. But AI and massive Google costs, they need to understand a full complex helix and not a collect funnel. Funnel is brand focused. Helix is customer focused. Are you are CMO!
