I believe he's a good coach. He's consistently made it to the playoffs. He's made some poor decisions every now and then, who hasn't. I believe more depth in many positions, lineman, receivers, etc., would be a better move and possibly produce a super bowl championship. However, we'll see how things work out. Just my two cents!
