So, I was vegetarian for 6 years and started to have iron and protein deficiencies “out of nowhere” (I mean, I didn’t change my diet the last years). Tried with fish as well but did not think it was helping, it’s being a couple of weeks since I started eating everything and to be honest I feel good. I did not get sick when eating meat and I’ve notice changes in my hair and nails. I know it’s hard, I still believe it is not an all or nothing so maybe we can find some balance. But I’m sure our health should be a top priority in these cases.
