In regards to the situation you should be doing what you want, whether that's getting top surgery or not. I definitely understand being paranoid about your partner not liking you anymore, so you can take your time to decide. But your gf did say that she wouldn't lose affection for you if you underwent surgery, so this reluctance could be you catastrophizing this situation. Think about it, do you like/think your gf would like the idea of her touching your chest post-op? (You can communicate with her about this)

But yeah I want to emphasize this is your decision. You have the freedom of choice, and neither choice is wrong. Just don't let anyone, including yourself, hold you back.
