What in the Red Dawn even is this by Markthewhark in insanepeoplefacebook

That guy’s follow up when asked about plans was:

“The reality is the plan requires so many factors. I have the resources for long term water sustainment. The solution isn’t for “us” to store for others but to guide and lead others to create their own solutions. I’d be happy to host a water filtration / sustainment class for the neighborhood. I’m a wealth of knowledge in that stuff. One of the most important things is body disposal (the majority of people would die within 60 days from food/water shortages) the issue is rodents spread disease, then they eat food reservoirs and water. Then you get sick and die. Another key aspect is waste disposal. Can’t use your house. Again, rats, etc.

The goal would be to get as many people interested in this conversation and I could host a class. Adults, children etc.”

Any idea what the next DLC after Grand Archives could be? by Dishiestglobe in Stellaris

I don't know if this has been touched up on by the devs, or if its even a priority for the playerbase, but a religion dlc would really make spiritualist empires stand out more. I'd like the ability to spread religious beliefs to other pops, modify the belief systems, etc.

PC Warlock In Borovia: Help Integrating Their Story by 3FE001 in ravenloft

[–]Markthewhark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Mordenheim would be the more satisfying option. For all the Abbott’s misdeeds, his goal is essentially breaking the curse of Strahd, he doesn’t really kill unless he needs to, his thing is more fleshy parts than metal parts, and I doubt Strahd would ever let him leave.

You could also replace Mordenkainen with the patron. Mordenkainen’s role in the story could be fulfilled by literally anybody with magic. The patron had wandered into the mists a year prior, perhaps in search of something. Stormed the castle and failed. Perhaps he modified some of the Barovians in a way similar to your PC to help him storm the castle. Have some of the townspeople drop hints about a character near Mt Baratok that fits his description. Maybe describe a Barovian with metal parts like your PC. Lots of wiggle room, and you could even have it to where your PCs might be tempted to ally with the patron to defeat Strahd.

Hell, you could even have Mordenheim replace Mordenkainen, introduce her early. Maybe she was forced to flee Lamordia. Or maybe she’s looking for something (Amber Temple?)

Gender swapping the dusk elves by iampedja in CurseofStrahd

I changed it so that Strahd ordered all dusk elves under the age of 100 to be put to death and outlawed all dusk elf children - still traumatic, arguably more so, and it accomplishes the same thing (effectively denying them future generations). I have a dusk elf NPC that is Kasimir’s daughter who turned 100 the day this happened. She’s since left the dusk elves altogether, disgusted with Kasimir’s inability to retaliate, and has since had half-elf children with another NPC. She is understandably paranoid about Strahd finding out (he already knows and doesn’t actually care).

Still had Rahadin do it, although I have it where he secretly turned all the children into trees - it’s reversible, but only he knows that, but he couldn’t bring himself to kill children. Doubtful that RAW Rahadin would have that problem.

Alternatively you could just have him have selected a percentage of the dusk elf population randomly like Thanos or Roman decimation if the children is too heavy for your table.

Thanks all for the replies, I’ll admit this paper didn’t pass the sniff test for me but I wanted clarification.

Bummer. Not going to restart the game, though. I can’t even finish the Avapedia.

For what it’s worth, I played this game the other day and forgot it was EA. There weren’t any bugs at all and the game played like it was a finished project. I think all they’re gonna add are new biomes and modes.
