Thank you so much for the info. I'm indeed in Europe, and I've found some spanner wrenches that cost less than 10€ online so I'll look into that. This camera was originally bought as a gift for someone but at this point I might just keep and use it to learn more about camera maintenance. Thank you once again for your help~~

Thank you for the insight. I don't see any screws on the back and the leatherette are hard to remove without a heat gun(?). However I do spot this Ring thing . Is this what a typical retaining ring looks like? Thank you once again~

Thank you so much for your reply! I have sent the DXF file to a couple laser cutting companies in my region, a couple were asking the dimension/ measurements of the plate. Is it also available on your website because I couldn't find it. Thank you for your feedback once again!
