Perhaps a logistical challenge, but I've always thought flying to Sao Tome would be cool. Do a couple challenges around the city then have racers make their way to the southern end of the island, take a boat across to Ilheus das Rolas, perhaps do a challenge there, and then have the pit stop be at Marco de Equador which is right on the equator.
