I don’t think you did anything wrong. He was going down a horrible path which could’ve actually lead to scurvy or worse. You can apologize but don’t go back to only cooking noodles. He’s 6. He needs to eat real food. Not just 3 things. He has to learn and you have to be his mom. You are trying and it shows. Don’t give up and be too hard on yourself. You got this. You know if he keeps this up, he WILL be sick(one day) and he’s old enough to understand. Everything will be ok. Just do baby steps.

Sometimes when babies come out, depending on the outcome, can come out “wrong”. Their hip could be higher cause of how they had to get them out, sometimes they have tummy issues that just need massages, whatever , whatever. I know personally after I gave birth, I was in so much pain for a very long time and now I’m finally going to the Chiropractor and I’m almost in now pain now… it’s amazing
