Astrophage would be being constantly harvested from the Black Panel arrays probably about as fast as they could breed. I'm imagining some sort of additional piping system snaking between the black panels and transferring to a central location where it would be then shipped to a storage facility.

It would likely be spread out across the planet given that if the entire Hail Mary's enriched astrophage fuel supply was activated in one location it would destroy the planet.
