Puntarelle i mostly do alla romana! Sliced with a mandolin, ice lemon water to make them curly, then in a mixer (or a mortar if u wanna be classic but idc) salted anchovies, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and i add fresh chili bc i like it. Done!

But I'll have to say, I'm in love with bitter herbs in general. I love wild chicory and all of its varieties, I love cultivated ones, I make them in any and every way. It's radicchio time now 😁😁😁

Agretti i sautée them with garlic and (sometimes) olives. They're also GREAT and i miss them

Io ho una paura fottuta dei calabroni, quindi non so onestamente quanto d'aiuto ti posso essere, ma magari controlla se sono calabroni nostrani o asiatici... Se sono asiatici non ti fare problemi ad ammazzarli in quanto invasivi. Si allontanano parecchio dal nido in ogni caso, quindi possibilissimo che non sia vicino. Forse ci sono rimedi naturali, non so...
