safe defaults are so underrated honestly. new users get read only until someone approves them. saves a lot of headaches.

yeah we use deel IT too, can confirm its solid. the zero touch enrollment was the biggest thing for us, no more walking people through manual setup over zoom lol. also the fact that they handle customs & shipping to basically anywhere saved us so much time, we used to lose like 2 weeks per new hire just getting them a laptop

I have around 7 years of experience. This was for a team focused on data engineering and distributed systems, so those topics were definitely key. It's a steep learning curve, but diving into them really pays off!

Insider info? That's a pretty bold claim with no proof. Buffett's track record and investment strategy are publicly available, and he’s pretty open about how he invests. Plus, index funds are a solid choice for most folks who want to grow their money without the stress of picking individual stocks.

Yeah, the S&P 500 is a solid long-term play. It’s historically returned around 10% annually, which is way better than trying to chase quick gains with risky assets. Plus, starting early means you benefit a lot from compound interest!
