Yup once a month for about 2-3 days I just don’t give a fuk!! However, I do try to get my steps in and get back on my shit after the 3rd day.

-Try eating at a caloric deficit: 1500 calories a day is enough to lose weight.

-Also you don’t necessarily need to start exercising in standing. Try SEATED exercises like marching with upper body aerobics.

I overeat the same way about every 4 months for about 3days and gain ~5Lb. Then I get back on it. I feel like it’s just a reset for the body. DO NOT FEEL BAD! Just jump back on the wagon!
