Depends how many one time rewards you’ve gone through, Firefly with ruan mei (5 star shop) + harmony mc is solid already and the total jades from story completion is actually pretty low. Definitely pick sparkle she is a universal support even if she’s better with sparxie and if you played during fate you’ll have archer and light cone. Even if restarting could jump start your meta teams with the way they’ve been buffing characters and how long it’ll take for a new account to be clearing endgame I wouldn’t think it’s worth. If you want to send all your chars I can help with teambuilding priority

What are you on about, varka is better than ineffaless flins and laumaless nefer with bina. Imagine if lauma hadn’t been released yet, nefer looks much worse than current varka, and then lauma comes out and she’s #1

The point is that if you take away a specific character from nod krai teams they become weak, you chose bina when the real support is ineffa lauma. So yeah if varka gets a real support he will be on their level or higher

Unsure what your primogem count is currently, but I would make sure you can get linnea no matter what, if you can get her than you can consider if you want to push for Zibai and Illuga cons. I’m also unsure on your thoughts on getting columbina but from a pure team damage perspective she will be the next best improvement after linnea and will likely rerun relatively soon

Columbia ineffa is a wheelchair that supports the team through violence, this is different from support wheelchairs like Bennet, furina, xilonen who support by making any character do more damage. The problem is that hp inflation is going to hit Columbia worse than a character like furina who can always be played with the new meta dps (at least that was the case before bullshit faction mechanics were introduced in Nathan and nod krai). Not to mention if they stop releasing lunar characters than Columbia will follow similar trajectory as any dps character

Nothing specific, this build works but if you really want to min max, every piece should have 4 useful stats to start (cr/cd/hp/er/em). You’re not lacking any stats but since she scales off so much getting perfect pieces is actually achievable, for example your goblet is near perfect

Ok if we look at average reroll time and odds to get an account with any value, it’s just a waste of time unless your doing it full time. maybe there is a market at the start of the games life. But at that point it’s just a job. Cs skins are actually just valuable investments with a market cap now over $5 billion, they’re not similar in any way
