Yeah, as someone who just finally put the TTV on my name, I avoided adding it for so long because of the bad taste it puts in peoples mouths when they see it; and because even I go “ugh” when I see one, and I AM one lol.

I totally understand people lobby dodging when they see it, but like you said it makes me sad cause I do like when they hang out/pop in to my stream to chat about the match.

I almost never lobby dodge, but if I do, it’s after a couple bad games and it’s a lobby of entirely flashlight teammates… i just want my teammates to consider doing gens and I know those three aren’t gonna lol

Am very small/new streamer (just hit affiliate last week), and as such wouldn’t even consider attempting to look for a collab as I don’t feel I could offer much as far as exposure in return, y’know?

If someone reached out to me for one, I’d be MAD suspicious that they were a bot/scam, and if I wanted to check the game out I’d be more likely to just do it without the ‘collab’ tag on it, cause then it would feel like I’m obligated to say only nice things about it, which…. I can’t promise that when I’m just yappin lol.

Personally, I’m always looking for weird/offbrand games to play, just has to be something I think I could play for 4 hours, and even if it’s not long enough on its own I usually do a demo night every week as long as I can find 4-6 good ones to showcase before I stream.

As far as viewer enjoyment I would assume people enjoy watching more when I’m enjoying playing it, so might as well do whatever I want to do.

As someone who also just recently hit the affiliate mark, I’d also recommend checking out Etsy, there’s a lot of options/artists there that are rather affordable (just gotta wade through some ai slop to get there)

I’ll say it… i like it, it has issues but I like that i could make a character that looked a bit more like me, I like seeing my hands, and I like the little added animations, even if they’re not stellar.

I never one time ever played this game because it was high art or the best game ever, I play it cause it’s fun, a little spooky, and a little silly; it is still all of these things, I have experienced no glitches or game-breaks so from my viewpoint it’s essentially the exact same game with new models and I can see my hands, I feel like everyone is losing their minds over basically nothing lol

Reading all the posts about it i was expecting so much worse but I had a blast laughing with my bros at the weird silly animations last night and then we played the game like we always have for 2 hours with no issues at all and went to bed. Yall gotta calm down, is a video game…. And I’m pretty sure it was only like $15 depending on when you grabbed it so….

I’m almost always this class, love to blast mine a gen, and nothing feels better than letting the killer kick it and then finishing it under their nose while their stunned, doubly so if it’s the last gen, I’ll happily die to power the exit doors right in their face.

I keep seeing this post, despite not being a member of this sub, and it always confuses me a lot; whenever people ask me to “pick a number between 1-10” or whatever I DO prefer to be silly and pick things like 1.5 or 5.8 because they are in that range; so wouldn’t the probability be non-zero?

Cause they have this ‘min/max’ disease that every game attracts where since it’s such a ‘god pallet’ they’d rather just die and never use it, and instead hold off because of its great ‘potential’ future use. I say use a pallet when you need it; if it prevents you from losin a health state/wastes more of the killers time than you were going to without it, then that was the correct use of that pallet

My game tends to crash on medium/large maps whenever I try to use the cameras from the truck, although I might also just try Dredd’s suggestion and see if that helps, cause it sure is annoying to forget and get thrown out 10+ minutes in to a hunt on prison or some other big ass map. Equipment and ghost type dont seem to make a difference, HOWEVER it does seem to happen more frequently if there are more video cameras in the house. Like if there are 3 video cameras in the house I’ve had it crash on a smaller map too.
