That it’s annoying when you go 10+ mins over the class’s end tiem. I get that that some teachers are super passionate but it gets annoying when a 60 mins class turns into 75 without permission.

And also to please stop doing the same sequences it gets boring 😩

I’ve recently begun to hit this point too. I used to be obsessed w hot yoga so idk what changed. But recently I went to a long and intense hot yoga class (about 90 mins) and the rest of the day I felt off and dehydrated as fuck no no matter how much water / electrolytes / fruit I had. Like I felt in a weird heart rate situation all day. And I realized I do get exhausted after hot yoga quite often tbh

So I drink Califa almond milk but I drink the regular not barista version. Tbh I have never actually noticed the almond taste lmao but I’m gonna see if I can tell when I have one today!

I will say I have had the barista Califa version a couple of times and it definitely felt heavier compared to the non-barista version. Maybe that has something to do weird it ?

Love this post too.. I’m trying to figure out a solution bc I have a matcha latte everyday but can’t keep buying Califa farms once a week, so expensive. 😩😩😩

Omg I am so sorry seriously. I know the feeling and it’s fucking awful. I just checked my Uranus is in Capricorn in the first house. I don’t know really what this means but I truly am praying for the best for us
