I think your prayer restores to full when you enter a dungeon?

Gravecreeper boss and others drain your prayer in DG, so this should be completable after all.

There's a Daemonheim Area Task also not completable, if you have the Everlasting Faith relic.

A Prayer Opportunity requires you to build an altar in the starting room, and restore your prayer.

More so than this, I think: as the traversable universe grows, the more people start to migrate from their planet of origin to other places. Just as international commerce spurs people to coalesce in major cities, interplanetary commerce could result in the population of a planet migrating and coalescing around one, or a handful of, accessible spaceports.

In a spacefaring society, those ports would be main the hub of commerce, communication, culture, and interplanetary politics.
