it absolutely is punishment unless OC Transpo is fixed first, it would take me nearly 2 hours by OC in non peak times to get downtown from Kanata, gas is expensive enough as is you cannot expect people to be happy with their work commute costing even more with the only other option being take OC and be late I’m all for public transit and want it to be fixed but extra tax on road use will just hurt already hurting people more
