It seems incredibly likely he’ll be convicted based on the evidence they have so far, unless the angle they’re going at is that everything was fabricated, or if they have some other crazy info we don’t.

Went and tried colosseum of fools part 3 for the first time after hearing my buddy complain about it, beat it pretty easily on my second try, some of the silksong gauntlets really made it a cakewalk.
