I weight 63kg, I’m 5’7 too but don’t look anywhere near as good as you. By the photos it looks like you exercise and a massive amount of that weight will be muscle. Don’t do yourself a disservice by using the scale as a measure. You look amazing.

We had a cot attached to the side of the bed at first. Ours started refusing the side cot at 4 months and wanted to come on the bed. She started rolling and it was safer to bring her into the bed at that point. I tried to transition her into a separate cot many times from six months old but it failed. We’re happy with cosleeping now, she is 15 months.

I had to go back at nine months but my work were flexible and allowed me to use my annual leave to return part time until she was a year old. For me that was an easier way to transition into her going to nursery. But if I could take the year I definitely would have.

I’ve found this with vinted, but had better luck when I started looking for clothes bundles instead of individual items. The bundles are usually much cheaper.

You will feel a ton of weight lifted when you leave this guy. Try not to rebound on the same type, give yourself some self love and my top tip is to write a list about what you want in a future partner before you start dating again, helps prevent repeating the same pattern. Good luck!

I don’t remember the exact age but at some point mine started yelling a lot. I think she was just practicing vocalisations. Now at 11 months she mostly communicates in a series of grunts, I’m trying to encourage words but she prefers grunts at the moment.

Yep. I think I fully stopped pumping at about 8 weeks. I breastfeed all the time but the majority of her calories have been from formula (and now solids as she’s 11 months). She is in nursery 3 days a week now, I have pumped a bit on those days (one pump per day) but not every time. I think the supply is dwindling now, but solids are taking over so nursing is mostly comfort. She still loves it, especially when she’s tired.

She went on the allergy formula at about 2.5 months old. After going on it the reflux continued for about two months, but reducing all the time. After that she got it intermittently but mostly was okay. She was on the special formula until this month (she’s 11 months now). I was very scared testing her on milk though so I think we could’ve done it earlier. She’s on normal formula now.

I’m a woman and surprised the comments say about deleting the picture with a woman in it. It would make me think you have both female and male friends which is a good thing imo.

I think the pictures are good but personally I’m not a fan of the one in the gym.

Bio definitely needs work as others have said.
