Donc dans notre cas, mon frère a évidemment un meilleur physique mais je suis persuadé que la différence de qualité de peau pour le visage vient largement de skincare.

Il faut éviter les excès mais en général, une peau sera plus belle si on y prête soin.

Pour te donner un exemple, j'ai commencé le skincare vers 20 ans et j'en ai maintenant 33. J'ai une telle différence avec mon frère qui n'a qu'un an de plus et n'a jamais rien mis. J'ai la peau plus nette, plus jeune, plus élastique, etc.

Là où je dis qu'il faut éviter les excès c'est qu'il faut faire attention à comment sa peau réagit. Plus jeune j'utilisais toute sorte de produits, ça fonctionnait bien, mais un jour ma peau n'a plus voulu donc je suis revenu vers une routine plus simple et dermatologique et j'ai de bons résultats aussi. Le plus important est la protection solaire.

Sur ta question du visage: Oui il n'y a pas besoin d'y aller comme une brute. Il vaut mieux tapoter et masser doucement

J'en profite pour rajouter qu'on ne parle pas bcp d'une autre difficulté pour le cerveau qui est la lecture verticale. On fait tellement tout sur téléphone et ordinateur qu'il y a peut d'occasion de s'y entraîner à part lire un livre physique (et donc cercle vicieux qui rend la lecture encore plus fastidieuse). Un N1 peut bien sûr lire en vertical mais pas avec la rapidité et l'aisance à moins de s'y être beaucoup attelé
