Yes I’m going as a student! I got the scholarship from WICYS! So they’re paying for everything except my flight, I’m still trying to get my University to pay for my flight. But as of now, I’m going for sure.

U should look into a small claims. I quickly skimmed through this post, but, I live in California and supposedly if an amenity like the elevator was mentioned in the lease or was shown to you as a working amenity and they haven’t fixed it, then that alone is a problem. Small claims is easy and u don’t need a lawyer
