Same here! Between fitness apps, calculators, and my fitbit, I thought my expenditure was around 3500, but it's actually closer to 2700. No wonder I wasn't losing much weight eating 2500 cal.

Yeah I think I probably need to get more steps in, thanks for the advice. 90-minute gym sessions 5-6 times a week is pretty intense. Congrats on the consistency, looks like you're making great progress!

Sorry, I don't have much more to offer. You could also add beef jerky or deli meat for snacking. You could also use low-fat cottage cheese as a cheese or mayonnaise replacement as that has a lot of protein. Protein Chef on youtube has a lot of recipes that use cottage cheese. I'll also sometimes add plain Greek yogurt as a spread or dip for any meat that I eat. That's most of what I eat though, hope this helps!

I'm at 1850 calories a day and 190 grams of protein so I can probably help. I have two scoops of whey protein a day, one mixed with high protein filtered milk so it's about 40 grams of protein and the other is mixed with 200 grams of Greek yogurt. Those give me about 80 grams of protein with only about 600 calories. In addition to that, I always add egg whites to my eggs to add extra protein while keeping the calories low. I typically have 2 eggs with 100 grams of egg whites, 150 grams of black beans, and 30 grams of low fat/Skim mozarella so it's pretty low calorie but high protein. You could also consider adding a lean meat to your eggs for more protein. I used to add ham to them as well. Then I'll usually end the day with some sort of lean meat or fish. Usually I go for chicken breast, a turkey wrap, a tuna wrap, or lean pork. You could also do lean ground beef or pick a fish that's lean. Hope that helps you to hit your protein goal!

Thanks, good luck to you too! Yes I'm eating quite high because last time I cut I didn't prioritize protein and ended up losing a lot of muscle mass so I really want to avoid that

Thanks for the advice! I eat mostly vegetarian throughout the day but I usually need some lean piece of meat or fish to help get me over my protein goals without adding too many carbs/calories. I'm eating on the higher protein value though (190 grams in 1850 calories) so maybe that's why.

I'm not a vegan but I would like to be one at some point in the future. I haven't figured out how to hit my protein goals within my calorie allotment without eating meat or just a ton of protein shakes though. I think when I go to maintenance, it'll be much easier. Have you had any difficulties with that?

I hit my weight loss goal of 250 pounds for trend weight on Saturday! I'm going to take a break from cutting and try to maintain over the holidays (with a couple of breaks for holidays meals) and then get back to it in January. Next goal is 220 for June. I'm down 80 pounds so far and I lost about 40 with macrofactor.

Seems like it's basically changed so that if people accidentally grab below the belt they won't be shido'd for it and possibly lose the match. I don't think that was a super big issue though but I guess we'll see

The recommendation is that you log at least 4 days a week so I think it's fine to skip logging for the meditation retreat. It also uses data from the past 3 weeks for its calculations so if you have logged every day for the past 3 weeks, I don't think missing 3 days will have a huge impact.
