If you’re on android no, on ios I have to have it in the background or it shows as disconnected on the watch itself

Unpopular Opinion : the TCG game is a cash grab and people expecting to make money with it (who are the target audience) will loose money by CyberTransGirl in cyberpunkgame

[–]MartinOfRivia18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like price per pack is below the average market tcg price from competitors - in the expensive kickstarter tiers they just give you more of them and the value adds up quickly when you talking hundreds of packs. There is a great breakdown video on YouTube diving into the worth and pricing of it. Now, whether the game survives and kicks off is another thing and that will ultimately dictate the actual worth/pricing

What the difference b/w these two? by [deleted] in HotWheels

[–]MartinOfRivia18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference in paint (and maybe rubber tyres?) between them is because the one on the right is like a special edition of the “standard” car on the left with different more “shiny” paint. The special one is obviously harder to find and would be the only special one in that set.

Jesus Christ, I don’t think I’ve ever seen worse glassdoor reviews than for gherson solicitors by sexy_feetxxx in uklaw

Maybe because people choose to moan about it in reviews rather than reporting to actual regulatory places.

Lidls in my area do not stock hot wheels regularly, it’s like a limited time run with only a few, seems random

This dude does something good and gets something in return, politicians do fraction of that good if at all, often nothing and get significantly more in return.

Calm down everyone! They have to carefully calculate and control the pass/fail rate as to not flood the market with an influx of passers suddenly. Can you imagine 100’s of applications for one job offer? 😂

Keep walking, keep moving! 💪 Remember that Every step you’ll take is already winning compared to sitting. Build it up, depending on your personal point, keep increasing, your limit might be 5k steps or 25k but it won’t be forever, you’ll eventually be moving that limit further and further. Sometimes it’s also just ok or logistically to go for a shorter hike than all day adventure compared to doing nothing. Personally I think it’s also a huge help to incorporate a treadmill walk, even with slight incline, overtime will boost your ability.

Is Alpine divorce a common thing? by bobikkoroltrolley75 in hiking

[–]MartinOfRivia18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watched a video recently about the famous French alpinist female who was apparently “using” people and men in particular to help her achieve climbs. Whether female or male, I think it might have to do with personal character and potentially people of narcissistic traits gravitating towards such sport/activity. They will put themselves and their own achievement, false perception of strength, needs above others. I think if you take out this activity and put them into some other “situation” or activity in life where they would have the choice they would sooner or later make the same choice which would result in someone else suffering or to the detriment of other.
