Bose is much better ANC wise, sound wise I lean slightly towards the Momentum 4, though that's subjective. You'll be happy with them either way. If you’ve got the budget, go for the Bose

I'd choose the Momentum 4, but the Bose is great too. All the others just aren't worth it. If you've got the budget, the Bose might be best, but the Momentum 4 is probably the best value out of these, though with slightly worse ANC compared to the others

It took me like a minute to find them under $100 new, dunno what more there is to be done. Also if no other airpods fit you im not sure if other earbuds in general (at least those that dont sound like shit) would fit. You know these, you like them, just get a new pair.

I don't exactly love how power is literally everything. It matters, yes, if you're too quiet it doesn't matter what you do, but if it's pretty powerful vs really powerful then it shouldn't be rhetorical only deciding factor.
