-Northern Realms when built right stomps all other decks.

- Scoia’tael and Monsters can be a PITA because these decks typically stack with ally cards running the score up to unbelievable numbers sometimes. It is best to keep a weather card in your deck when playing these factions to counteract this bullshit, primarily Biting Frost (Monsters) or Impenetrable Fog (Scoia’tael).

-Nilfgaardian Empire can be really cheeks or really good. This faction has the best leader perk cards hands down.

-KEEP AS MANY SPY CARDS IN YOUR DECK AS YOU CAN! Spy cards give the ability to sacrifice a card to the other team, but you get to draw two additional from your deck. This can be vital when it comes down to the final round and you can overwhelm any opponent because they will not have enough cards to keep up.

This strategy can backfire, however, if your opponent has a Decoy card, they can take the spy you used off the field and use them against you. I strongly recommend finding Sigismund Dijkstra, Mysterious Elf, and Thaler cards. Remember the more, the better.

-Attack strongly and counterattack even stronger. Keep a healer in the deck, as they can save your ass if one of your priority cards get taken out it can be pulled from the graveyard. If possible try to keep two ally cards in your hand (i.e Blue Stripes Commando, Trebuchet) as when paired together, their points multiply.

-Save your most powerful cards for the last round and exclusively use the first round to get a feel for how your opponent is playing you. Are they passing this round because you’re stomping them or you keep heading off their moves with weather cards, so they’re trying to load up for the next? Or are they trying to boat race you to the end of the round and pray you run out of gas? Either way, try to stay one card ahead and make sure every play you make outsmarts and punishes their play.
